Connect to a shared printer |
Your lab/work unit may have their own printer for group use or you may use a shared multifunction copier/printer/scanner. Managers need to tell employees what is available for each unit. Multifunction copier/printer/scanners require users to download the printer driver and have an account code for recharge of print/copy jobs. Managers can provide existing account code.
